The Catering Equipment Industry Technical Conference is jointly organised by CEDA and CESA, the industry’s two trade associations. The event will provide a focussed approach to catering industry technical and policy issues as they affect the equipment community. This broad based conference will provide excellent business content as well as networking opportunities.
As the conference agenda is focused on important issues, many relating to new and forthcoming standards impacting on project, installation and service management as well as others relating to staff recruitment and retention and developments in Health and Safety, it will be of interest to Service and Project Management as well as Managing Directors and General Managers of manufacturers and distributors of commercial catering equipment.
In addition to speakers on a relevant range of topics, the conference includes two seminars (Recruiting Engineers from the Armed Forces and Problems with Water Quality). There will also be “Surgeries” covering Gas Regulations (with Gas Safe Register), Warewashing Problems and Refrigeration which will enable delegates to participate in pre booked one to one sessions with industry experts.
There will be ample networking opportunities and an exhibition. The full business day programme will be announced soon.
